We help businesses and individuals with registrations, licences, tax filing and yearly compliance in India. Our compliance professionals do the work online, and one expert guides you from start to finish.
Is Complianto a government website?
No. Complianto is a private consultancy run by Mentorcorp Private Limited. We charge a professional fee to help you apply. Certificates are issued only by the government. You can also apply yourself on the official government portals.
How much do your services cost?
Each service page shows our professional fee. Government fees are extra and charged at actuals. Company registration (Private Limited, LLP or OPC) starts at ₹1,499 + government fees. Our expert tells you the full cost before you pay.
Do I need to visit your office?
No. Everything is done online. You share documents by WhatsApp or email, and our team keeps you updated by call, WhatsApp and email.
Which business type is right for me?
A Private Limited Company suits businesses with co-founders or plans to raise investment. An LLP suits partners who want fewer yearly filings. A One Person Company suits a solo founder. Our expert helps you choose on the free call.
How long does company registration take?
The time depends on when we get complete documents and on approvals by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, so it cannot be guaranteed.
